Ir Rocky Lau is a EnerRight Intelligent Solutions Head of Building Solutions. His primary responsibilities include supporting the consulting building and energy saving solutions, creates innovative building solutions for sustainable development.  Rocky experience includes more than 20 years in planning, developing, managing, and implementing energy management control projects.

Rocky is at present a Asia Institute of Intelligent Buildings Vice Chairman of Executive Committee, CE100 Technical Advisor and Committee Member of the Energy Institute Hong Kong.

Kwan Chi Yin, Cary
Head of Operations

Cary Kwan, a seasoned professional with over 35 years in building services engineering, specializing in HVACR, electrical  & water services, materials, environmental and energy conservation. His expertise includes planning and design, project management of new installation, replacement and retrofit of various types of building services installation. He also with the experience in managing the operation and maintenance of engineering facilities in large scale commercial complex. 

As Head of Operations, Cary draws on his extensive leadership experience, refined during his past working experience in the industry and learned society. His diverse skill set in technical advisory, supervision, and professional advice underscores his commitment to delivering excellence in building services and facility management solutions, ensuring safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Ir Prof. Raymond FONG
Chief Adviser

Before retirement from Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) effective on 1st August 2021, Mr. Raymond Fong was the General Manager of the Green Living & Innovation Division of Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC).  Mr. Fong has ample experience in air pollution control, energy efficiency, cleaner production, environmental management studies, food and new materials as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine consultancy services for public and private sectors of Hong Kong. On top of leading a wide range of environmental and energy related projects and studies for the government, public, industrial and commercial sectors, Mr. Fong has been a co-opt member of the HKSAR Government’s Energy Efficiency & Conservation Subcommittee since 2008 until 2021 to offer expert advice to the Government on energy policy forulation.

Dr Chan Ka Chung Oscar
Adviser

Dr. Oscar K.C. Chan received a postdoctoral research fund in 2016, School of Engineering (SENG) PhD Fellowship Award in 2014, Hong Kong PhD Fellowship in 2011, The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Fire Division) Scholarship in 2010 and HKUST Academic Achievement Medal in 2009. With his research achievements, he and his team members won the 3rd prize in The Grand Final of HKUST One Million Dollar International Entrepreneurship Competition and the winning award of Guangzhou Nansha HKUST One Million Dollar International Entrepreneurship Competition in 2018, Bronze Award of JEC Outstanding Engineering Project Award in 2013 and the 2nd prize of HKUST One Million Dollar Entrepreneurship Competition in 2012. His research area includes energy and thermal systems, adsorption technology, energy sustainability and thermal fluidic simulation.
